Recipe of the Month: Zucchini Bread

          Ya'll, just hear us out. THESE ARE GOOD! I mean, the type of good you cannot stop eating. We love to make our Zucchini Bread into bite size muffins as a nice addition to the sides in a buffet line. We also like to secretly eat these when no one is looking. 

Zucchini Bread

~Ingredients~

3c AP Flour

2c Sugar

¼t Salt

1t Baking Soda

3t Cinnamon

3 Eggs, beaten

1 small 10 oz can crushed pineapple

3t Vanilla Extract

1c Oil

2c Zucchini, grated

Sesame Seeds for topping

~Whisk all dry ingredients together

~Blend all wet ingredients together and fold into the dry mixture.

~Blend just to moisten.

~Spoon into prepared tins and bake 350 15-20 minutes or until tops are golden brown.

And.....try not to eat them all. I dare you!
